Overview
Deleting a recurring plan ends it immediately — no further installments
will be charged — but it does not erase the plan’s record or its
transaction history. A deleted plan is marked as archived and can be
found and restored later from the Recurring Plans list.
Deleting a single plan
- Go to Recurring Plans and open the plan’s detail page.
- Choose Delete Plan and confirm.
This immediately stops all future charges on the plan. The plan’s past
transactions and configuration are preserved — nothing is permanently
removed.
Restoring a deleted plan
- Go to the Recurring Plans list.
- Use the list’s filters/view to find the deleted plan (it will show as
archived rather than appearing in the default active view).
- Select the plan and choose Restore from the row’s action menu, or
select it and use the bulk Restore action if restoring more than
one plan at a time.
Restoring a plan brings it back with its prior configuration intact. It
does not automatically resume charging — confirm the plan’s schedule
and next charge date after restoring it.
Bulk archiving and restoring
The same Archive and Restore actions used to recover a single
deleted plan are also available as bulk actions from the Recurring Plans
list — select multiple plans and choose Archive or Restore to
apply the action to the whole selection at once. Archiving a plan this
way has the same effect as deleting it from its own detail page; both
paths end the plan immediately and leave it in the same restorable,
archived state.
