New

Recurring plan pages now show dunning-notice status and delivery state, with test-org controls to exercise the flow.
Checkout now lets donors choose to save a payment method and make it their default, configurable per checkout.
Checkout address validation now handles US ZIP+4 and international postal formats correctly by country.
A new import path creates financial-representative users and organization logins for company accounts, safely re-runnable without duplicating records.
A new Object Explorer action on record views shows raw field values directly, without needing a database query.
DonorDirect integration now supports settled-gift delivery, full refunds, and configured product premiums.

Changed

Behavior that worked one way before this release and works another way now.
Checkout analytics reporting now uses consistent session, conversion, payment, supporter, and location metrics across views.
Records modified while already claimed by an in-flight sync batch are now re-pushed instead of being missed, and repeated hourly re-processing is reduced.
Date and time values in the dashboard now display consistently regardless of the viewer’s time zone.
Dashboard V1 now guides users toward Dashboard V2 while preserving virtual-terminal access for workflows still dependent on it.
Failed or pending pledge payments in the donor portal no longer display as paid.

Improved

If a scheduled export’s dispatcher misses a tick, the export now recovers on its own without losing its configured cadence.
Portal V2 checkout received feedback, spacing, one-time-passcode resend access, and payment-method presentation improvements.
Address-entry forms across Dashboard V2 now use a consistent, autocomplete-enabled address component.
Buttons that were silently disabled now show visible guidance on which required fields are missing.
Transaction, Salesforce-sync, and payout lookups now use more targeted database indexes, improving report load times.
Activity sections across record views now consistently use the label “Activity History.”
Legacy export field grouping, including transaction donor fields, now matches Dashboard V2’s categorization.
Public API documentation for tag endpoints now describes request formats, validation rules, and synchronization behavior.

Fixed

Dashboard V2 search previously waited up to four minutes to show any result; results now display as they’re found.
One-to-one SMS chat now uses the Twilio credentials configured for the selected number instead of a different account’s credentials.
A checkout session could previously be stamped with a donor from a different organization’s active login; sessions now correctly scope to their own organization.
Partial updates on four dashboard endpoints no longer clear fields that weren’t included in the request, and can no longer change fundraiser ownership across organizations.
Two-digit hour entry now works in time inputs, and clearing the hour field no longer saves an unintended time.
Archived custom fields now update right away and support bulk archive and restore actions.
Editing a legacy text-type custom field previously reported success while discarding the new value; the value now saves correctly.
Audit pages for scheduled donations no longer break when a stored date value is an object instead of a plain value.
Merge-tag variable fallbacks now reject an empty pipe segment instead of silently resolving to a blank value.
The state dropdown on the checkout add-payment-method form now renders in the correct position.
Admin-entered custom-question answers on event registrations now save correctly on both create and edit.
Receipt PDFs occasionally rendered with no visible text due to a font-loading race; they now render reliably.
Follow-up saves on records right after creation now run correctly, preserving images and addresses that were previously lost.
