# Downloading Custom-Question File Uploads from Event Registrations

> Photos and files submitted as answers to a custom question on an event registration (for example, a waiver scan or ID photo) are downloaded one at a time from the Custom Question Answers table. There is currently no bulk or zip download option, and the CSV export of custom question answers does not include the uploaded files.

# Downloading Custom-Question File Uploads from Event Registrations

If your event registration form includes a custom question that collects
a file or photo upload (for example, a signed waiver or an attendee
photo), each submitted file can be downloaded from the **Custom Question
Answers** table.

## How to download a file

1. Go to **Data > Custom Question Answers** in your dashboard.
2. Find the row for the registrant and question you're looking for. You
can use the filters at the top of the table (by event, by question,
or by supporter) to narrow things down.
3. Open that answer and use the download option to save the file.

## There is no bulk download today

Each file must currently be downloaded individually — there is no
"download all" or zip-file option for custom-question file uploads, and
the table's bulk actions (available when you select multiple rows) do
not include a download action.

The CSV export available from the Custom Question Answers table is also
not a way around this: that export includes the question text and
non-file answers, but it does not include a link or column for any
uploaded file. If you need every uploaded file for an event (for
example, all submitted waivers), you'll need to open and download each
answer's file one at a time from the table.
