# Organization Account

> Field mapping between WeGive companies and Salesforce Organization Accounts

WeGive companies sync to standard Salesforce Accounts using the Organization record type discovered at connect time.

<Warning>
  **Companies are pull-only (Salesforce → WeGive) today, despite the Sync column below and despite a Push toggle existing on the dashboard.** WeGive has no code path that pushes a company record to NPC — this is a known issue. Every field mapping below is real and accurate for the pull direction; none of them push. The ↔ symbols reflect the *mapping rule's configured direction* (most default rules are defined bidirectional), not what the code actually does — a new or edited company in WeGive never reaches Salesforce.

## Identity

If a company has no name, WeGive pushes `Unknown Organization` because `Name` is required.

## Billing address

## Mailing address

The WeGive mailing address syncs to the Shipping address fields.

## Pull filters

Companies are pulled from Accounts where `IsPersonAccount = false`, limited to the Organization record type when one is configured, and excluding any **Hidden record types**.
